Club governance 


Constitution.
The club has a formal constitution that specifies the rules for the management and membership of the club. Amendments to the constitution can only be made at an Annual or Extraordinary General Meeting by a majority vote. Copies of the constitution are available to all members

Club Officers.
The club is run by a committee of 3 elected members to the position of Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary.
The current incumbents are:-
Chairman: Mike Cross
Treasurer: Jim Edwards
Secretary: Peter Bailey

Membership.
The GOGG membership is open to applicants aged 18 years and over. Pro-rata subscriptions are charged for new members upon joining the club. Subscriptions are currently £50.00 per annum.

Disability Statement.
The Normandy Village Hall has parking adjacent to the front door and has wheelchair access to the main and club meeting halls. It is equipped with disability toilets. However, no access is available to the clubroom itself as this is upstairs and no access is not provided by Hall Management. The club welcomes disabled members to attend all events held where access is available.

Data protection.
All membership data is stored and used in compliance with GDPR requirements.
